1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "clk444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the clk444 platform accessible at https://clk444.app and its related pages.
• "Platform" means the clk444 website, all associated pages, mobile-browser interfaces, game lobbies, account dashboards, and any other digital service operated under the clk444 brand.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the clk444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. clk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money Balance may be returned to the payment source at clk444's sole discretion.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The clk444 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. • A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);

3 Account Security & Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility until you notify clk444 of any unauthorised access.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify clk444 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. clk444 will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents promptly, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification being received and processed.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree that all information provided to clk444 during registration and thereafter will be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false name, address, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

clk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All Account Balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by clk444 on BDT-denominated transactions, though individual payment providers may apply their own charges independently of clk444.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. clk444 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for individual payment methods and will communicate any such changes through the Platform's payment information pages. Deposits that fall below the applicable minimum threshold may be rejected or returned without processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account. clk444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously associated with the requesting Account. Before a withdrawal request is processed, any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full. clk444 will not process withdrawals to credit cards in jurisdictions where such processing is not permitted.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

For verified Accounts, withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

clk444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. A Wager is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the clk444 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed in error — including those resulting from a technical fault on the part of the Player's device or internet connection — are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a game, betting market, or odds are displayed due to a technical error, system fault, or manifest mistake, clk444 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and return the relevant stakes to the Players' Account Balances. 6.3 Sporting Events

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities while using the clk444 Platform:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures or guarantee outcomes;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the clk444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall compilation thereof — is the property of clk444 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of clk444. This licence does not include any right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform.
